Safety information
DANGER! ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Never use the appliance if any parts are damaged or if the appli-
ance has been dropped.
Only connect the appliance to a properly installed and earthed socket
whose voltage corresponds to the specification on the rating plate.
The socket outlet must be easily accessible so that you can quickly
disconnect the appliance from the power supply in an emergency.
Keep the power cable away from hot parts of the appliance and oth-
er heat sources. Do not run power cable over sharp edges or corners.
Do not kink or crush the power cable.
To avoid potential risks, damaged power cables should be replaced
by the manufacturer, their customer service department or a similarly
qualified person.
The appliance is not completely disconnected from the mains after it
has been switched off. To do this, pull out the mains plug.
Always pull the plug out of the power socket after use and before
cleaning the appliance.
Always hold the plug when disconnecting the appliance from the
power supply, do not pull on the power cable. Otherwise the power
cable could be damaged!
Never immerse the lower part, the mains cable or the plug in
water or any other liquids!
If liquid enters the lower part, disconnect the mains plug immediately.
Have the appliance checked before using it again.
Do not allow any liquid to run over the appliance's plug connections.
Do not handle the appliance with damp hands.
