7. EU declaration of conformity
MLAP GmbH hereby declares that the product conforms to the following Eu-
ropean requirements:
• EMC Directive 2014/30/EU
• Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU
• Ecodesign Directive 2009/125/EC
• Ecodesign Regulation 2019/1782
• RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU.
8. Before using the appliance for the fi rst time
Remove all packaging materials.
You will need a Phillips screwdriver for assembly.
8.1. Assembling the storage station
Push the rear support onto the storage station until the support audibly clicks into place
(see Figure C).
Check that the dirty water tank is correctly inserted into the storage station.
8.2. Assembling the hard fl oor cleaner
See Figure D.
When assembling the individual parts, make sure that they fit together precise-
ly to avoid bending the contacts inside.
Put the handle (1) on the upper body of the appliance (4).
Put the upper part of the appliance (4) on the lower body of the appliance (6).
Place the fixing screw (19) in the opening provided and tighten the fixing screw (19)
with a Phillips screwdriver.
Now put the lower body of the appliance (6) on the cleaning foot (14).
Place the hard floor cleaner in the storage station (12) near a domestic power socket.
