If you need to clean the floor thoroughly, fill the fresh water tank (5) with water and
cleaner as previously described.
Empty the dirty water tank after each use (see “Emptying/cleaning the dirty water
tank” in the complete user manual).

To wet the cleaning roller (9) quickly, fill the cleaning roller chamber (see Figure N)
of the storage station (12) with 450 ml of fresh water.
Place the appliance in the storage station (12).
Press the On/Off button (2) to switch on the appliance and let it run for 5 seconds.
Press the On/Off button (2) to switch off the appliance.
The roller now has the right moisture level to start cleaning.
Take the hard floor cleaner out of the storage station (12).
Tilt the appliance body backwards slightly to start cleaning. Press the On/Off button
(2) to switch on the appliance (see Figure I).
Hold the hard floor cleaner at an angle of about 60 degrees.
Clean the floor by moving the hard floor cleaner back and forth, similar to vacuuming,
until the floor is clean.
Be careful not to wet the floor surface too much, especially when cleaning wood and
other delicate floor surfaces.
For more stubborn dirt, press the Spray button (17) to apply the cleaning solution di-
rectly to the dirt (see Figure J). When using the spray function for the first time, press
and hold the Spray button (17) a little longer until the liquid is pumped to the spray
nozzle (15) and sprayed. Move the hard floor cleaner over the dirt and slowly move
back and forth to remove the dirt.
