Saving/recalling favourite stations
Proceed as follows to save a station as a favourite:
To save the current radio station, hold the FAVOURITE button [7] down for approx. 2 seconds
until the favourite list appears.
Use the NAVIGATE knob [4] to select which one of the 10 station presets you want.
Press the NAVIGATE knob [4] to save the radio station on the selected station preset. Please
note that any station presets used will be overwritten.
To recall a previously saved stations, briefly press the FAVOURITE button [7] and use the
NAVIGATE knob [4] to select the station from the list. Press the NAVIGATE knob [4] to play the
selected station.
If you press the MENU button [6], you can choose one of the following options as well as the
“System Settings” and “Main menu” options:
[Station list] Opens the station list.
[Scan] Starts a new station search. The current station list will not be deleted. Any stations that can
no longer be received are labelled with a “?” in front of them.
[Manual tune] This option lets you add the stations in a group (ensemble) to the station list
manually. If you do not know the station ensemble, use the “Scan” option.
[Prune invalid] Any invalid stations or stations that can no longer be received are labelled as
“?”. in the station list. You can use this option to remove them from the list.
[DRC] This allows you to reduce the dynamic range between low and high-volume sounds. The
following options are available:
DRC high
DRC low
DRC off
[Station order] You can sort the station list using the following options:
Alphanumeric (sort from A to Z)
Ensemble (sort by ensemble channel number)
Valid (sort from high to low signal strength)
Receiving FM Radio
Use this operating mode to listen to FM radio stations.
