Why is there no pressure or low pressure in my Simoniz 039-8056-0 Pressure Washer?
    • J
      Julie HamiltonAug 16, 2025
There are several reasons why your Simoniz Pressure Washer might have low or no pressure: * The nozzle tip might not be attached, so attach the required nozzle tip. * The water supply faucet might be closed; turn it on and ensure there are no kinks or blockages in the hose. * The water supply pressure might be low; ensure the faucet is fully opened and that the water supply is a minimum of 30 PSI, 4 GPM. * There might be air in the pump; squeeze the trigger to release the air while the machine is running. * The loaded RPM might not be set to FAST; set the RPM (Throttle lever) to the FAST position.

    • L
      Luis MoranAug 19, 2025
If your Simoniz Pressure Washer engine is not starting or is difficult to start, consider the following: * Ensure the engine power switch is in the ON (I) position. * Fill the fuel tank with regular gasoline if it's empty. * Add oil until it reaches the minimum level on the dip stick if the low oil shut down sensor tripped. * Release water pressure by squeezing the trigger on the gun if there is excess water pressure in the pump or hose. * When cold starting the engine, set the choke to CLOSE or OFF. When warm starting, set the choke to OPEN or ON or try the middle position if the choke lever is not in the right position.

    • I
      ivan21Aug 22, 2025
If your Simoniz Pressure Washer isn't taking in detergent, here's what to check: * Ensure the detergent siphon tube is properly connected. * Replace the detergent siphon tube if it's damaged. * Use the black nozzle when applying detergent. * Clean the nozzle if it's clogged. * Detach the detergent siphon tube and clean the fitting with a tip cleaner if the pump detergent siphon fitting is clogged. * Use only detergent approved for use with pressure washers, as thick detergent or a clogged detergent filter can cause issues.
