TYPE 4208 “B” STATION ZONE PANEL
INTRODUCTION
The “B” panel provides additional zone circuits
to the 4208 Fire Alarm System.
Panel - Zone Trouble circuit.
Alarm Condition
A “B” panel can include from one to four zone
circuits each with an individual ZONE TROUBLE
and ZONE ALARM per zone.
This circuit operates identically to the “A”
Panel - Zone Alarm circuit.
A maximum of 37 “B” panels can be added to a
system to give a total of 150 zones to an “A” panel
or 149 zones to an “AX” panel.
Trouble Condition
Reset Operation
The KEY RESET switch on the “A” or “AX”
panels is used to reset activated “B” panels.
This circuit operates identically to the “A”
NOTES: 1. For Coded Alarm operation remove D 1 Diode.
2. For non-supervised Alarm Lamp, remove optional Rl Resistor.

Denotes Terminal Block connection.
4. Heavy dark lines denote Door Module wiring.
5. When more than 6 Zones are required, Zone numbering will follow in sequence.
