FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL
Refer to Figure 5.
1. Elevate the front of the rider (see Elevating Front End
for Safe Service)
2. Remove the plastic hub cap (Ref. 8, 9). Remove the
e-ring using a screwdriver (see Figure 4).
3. Remove the washer (Ref. 6).
4. Remove the wheel assembly (Ref. 2 & 5).
5. Install in reverse order of removal.
WHEEL BEARING REPLACEMENT
Refer to Figure 5 for assembly.
1. Elevate the front of the rider (see Elevating Front End
for Safe Service)
2. Remove the front wheel (see Front Wheel Removal).
3. Using a drift and hammer, tap the old bearings
(Ref. 1) out of the rim (Ref. 2).
4. Press the new bearing (Ref. 1) into the rim (Ref. 2)
using an arbor press.
