What to do if my Simpson Washer won't spin and has water in the washbowl?
    • M
      Melissa LongAug 14, 2025
If your Simpson Washer has completed the wash but won't spin and there's still water in the washbowl, consider these possibilities: * If the program was set to DRIP DRY, open the lid, remove the clothes, and close the lid. * An out-of-balance load can cause this issue, so open the lid, redistribute the load, and close it again. * Ensure the lid is fully closed. * Check the drain hose for any blockages. * Too much detergent, or using the incorrect type, can also cause this problem. Wait a short while for the wash to continue. In the future, use less detergent and only use low-sudsing, front-load detergent.

Why won't my Simpson Washer fill with water?
    • M
      Mr. Christopher DuarteAug 18, 2025
If your Simpson Washer is not filling with water, make sure the water taps are turned on. Also, check the inlet hoses for any blockages and clean the tap filters/washers if necessary.

How to stop my Simpson EZI Sensor 605 Washer from vibrating excessively?
    • T
      timothy93Aug 21, 2025
Excessive vibration in your Simpson Washer during spinning can be due to several factors. Ensure the machine is level and the leveling feet are properly adjusted to touch the floor. Unevenly distributed clothes can also cause this issue, so redistribute them evenly. Additionally, using too much water for the load size can lead to imbalance; consider using Auto-Level in the future or selecting a lower manual water level.

Why are my clothes still dirty after washing in my Simpson Washer?
    • J
      Jerome LopezAug 25, 2025
If your clothes are still dirty after a wash program in your Simpson Washer, it could be due to not using enough detergent, or not using any at all. Check your detergent usage and rewash the clothes. Also, overloading the machine with too many clothes can prevent proper cleaning, so remove some clothes and rewash. Selecting the wrong wash program or temperature can also affect cleaning performance, so reselect the appropriate settings and rewash. Finally, an incorrect water level might be the issue; try using Auto-Level or selecting a higher manual water level and rewashing the clothes.

Why is there water on the floor near my Simpson EZI Sensor 605?
    • D
      Danielle WillisAug 28, 2025
If you find water on the floor near your Simpson Washer, check for loose inlet hose connections at the taps and the rear of the machine. It could also be due to an incorrect water level for the load size; using Auto-Level in the future or selecting a low manual water level for small loads can reduce splashing. Condensation from hot water can also cause this, so try reducing the water temperature.

Why are my clothes still wet and sudsy after a wash in my Simpson EZI Sensor 605 Washer?
    • M
      michellebushAug 31, 2025
If your clothes are still wet or sudsy after a wash program in your Simpson Washer, it's likely due to poor rinsing and spin caused by excessive suds, leading to a suds lock. Set the PROGRAM SELECTOR to Rinse+Spin and the rinse option to DEEP rinse, then press Start/Pause. In the future, use less detergent and ONLY use a low-sudsing, front-load type.

What causes a scraping noise when my Simpson EZI Sensor 605 Washer spins?
    • M
      Melissa JimenezSep 3, 2025
A scraping noise during the spin cycle of your Simpson Washer could be due to a bra wire or other thin item caught between the inner and outer washbowls. If the item is visible, remove it with pliers. Use a wash bag in the future to prevent this.

What causes humming and clicking noises in my Simpson EZI Sensor 605 and why won't the lid open?
    • S
      Shannon JohnsonSep 6, 2025
Humming and clicking noises in your Simpson Washer can be normal. Bowl rotation at the start of a wash, water flow, and the machine being at a spin stage with the Lid Locked light ON are all normal noises. If you want to access the bowl, wait until the stage is completed and the Lid Locked light is OFF. At the end of the wash, the machine finishes the final spin and lid lock release stage, so wait a short while until the Lid Locked light is OFF. If the Lid Locked light is OFF and the lid is still stuck, press POWER to turn off the machine, then press POWER again; if the lid still won't open, you should call Service.

How do I stop water from constantly flowing into my Simpson EZI Sensor 605?
    • L
      Laura BurnettSep 10, 2025
If water is continuously flowing into the washbowl of your Simpson Washer, it may be because the drain hose is too low. Raise the drain hose or fit a syphon break. Refer to the installation instructions for correct positioning of the hose.
