Bowl rotation at the start of a wash, water flow, and the machine being at a spin stage with the Lid Locked light ON are all normal noises. If you want to access the bowl, wait until the stage is completed and the Lid Locked light is OFF. At the end of the wash, the machine finishes the final spin and lid lock release stage, so wait a short while until the Lid Locked light is OFF. If the Lid Locked light is OFF and the lid is still stuck, press POWER to turn off the machine, then press POWER again; if the lid still won't open, you should call Service.
