Carefully unpack your SimPure® DB Whole House Water Filter Housing.
Layout the parts to familiarize yourself with the components and confirm all
parts are present before you start the installation.
Please Note: Filter cartridge elements are not provided

To complete the DB Whole house filter installation, make sure you have the
following parts before starting the installation; depending on your application,
the filter can be a Sediment or Carbon style filter.

Valve to isolate filter housing (Optional)
Plumbers PTFE Tape
PushFit connections for Filter housing ports x2

9 Teflon thread tape
Fit copper, CPVC,
Filter Cartridge* and plastic PEX
DB10 = 10" x 4.5” filter
DB20 = 20" x 4.5” filter
*NOTE: Choose the appropriate filter cartridge

longer-lasting. Carbon filters tend to block quickly on high sediment water.
