The ForwardScan™ transducer can be connected to the
StructureScan port on the SonarHub or the NSS evo2, leaving the
sonar port open for a CHIRP transducer. Refer to the ForwardScan
installation manual for transducer installation instructions.
Sonar performance
The accuracy of the sonar depth display can be aected by many
factors, including the type and location of the transducer and
water conditions. Never use this equipment to gauge depth or
other conditions for swimming or diving.
The choice, location, and installation of transducers and other
components of the system are critical to the performance of the
system as intended. If in doubt, consult your dealer.
To reduce the risk of misusing this equipment, you must read and
understand all aspects of the supplied documentation.
Sharing ForwardScan data
ForwardScan data can be shared with NSO evo2, NSS evo2 or

SonarHub on your Ethernet network.
You can also connect the transducer to a NSS evo2 to share
ForwardScan data with multi-function displays on your Ethernet
network.
¼ Note: We do not recommend operating dierent brands of multi-
function displays on the same network.
