  If your Sincro Inverter shows no voltage, several issues could be the cause. First, check all connections to ensure they are secure. A faulty AVR could be the problem; check the fuse and consider replacing the AVR. Also, inspect the rectifier bridge. An open stator exciter circuit or a main winding fault could also be responsible; check the stator/rotor windings resistances and insulation. In some cases, the machine may be demagnetized; excite the alternator by applying a 6-12 voltage across the exciter terminals for a second, respecting the polarities while the engine is running.
