1 Sew on hem line.
2 Trim the fabric close to the stitching taking

3 Turn fabric over and push out the curved
seam to the surface and press it.
Scallop hem

1 Fold the fabric, right sides together. Sew
along the folded edge, as illustrated.
2 Cut the fabric along the seam leaving an
allowance of 3mm (1/8 inch) for seaming.
Notch the allowance.
