– Adapt the driving speed to the
conditions.
5.2 Protecting the mower
The mower features an inbuilt safety clutch, which
protects the mower in case of collision with an
obstacle.
By engaging the clutch the load to the tractor
decreases and enables the operator to instantly stop
the machine without any major damage.
– Repair works, maintenance, periodical
overhauls, cleaning and elimination of
funtctional disturbances must be
performed with the switched off drive
and stand still engine! Remove the
ignition key!
– Continue the mowing after removing
the disturbances.
– By obstacle collision stop fast.
– Check the possible damage, remove the obstacle.
– Reverse the tractor to engage the safety clutch (1)
again.
– The spring is set to 100 mm in the factory.
– The safety clutch is adjusted by the
manufacturer. No adjusting
intervention is allowed!
6. Disconnecting the mower from the tractor
– With mechanical relief release the springs in the
transport position.
– Lower the machine to the working position.
– Uncouple the hydraulic shift pipes (1), insert them
into the storage place and protect them.
– Remove the PTO shaft (2) and place it on the holder
(3).
– Release and remove the rim nut (4).
– Release the tractor’s arms (5) and move away with
the tractor.
– Change the lateral cover over to the working
position (6).
