SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
Bei der Arbeit mit dem Kreiselheuer muss
Folgendes beachtet werden:
 Allgemeine Hinweise für die
Arbeitssicherheit.
 Sicherheitshinweise für Landwirtschaft.
 Betriebs-und Sicherheitsanleitungen
des Herrstellers.
1. Bei irgendwelcher Arbeit am
Kreiselheuer muss die Gelenkwelle
abgeschaltet werden.
2. Bevor Sie den Kreiselheuer in Gang
setzen, müssen Sie sich überzeugen,
dass sich niemand in unmittelbarer Nähe
des Gerätes befindet.
3. Jedes Aufhalten im Arbeitskreis des
Kreiselheuers ist während des Betriebes
verboten.
4. Der Gelenkwellenschutz muss immer mit
der Kette befestigt werden.
5. Wenn der Kreiselheuer vom Schlepper
abgekuppelt wird, muss er immer sicher
stehen, damit er nicht umkippen kann.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE WORK
When working with the tedder the operator
should follow laws and statutes on safety at
work and manufacturer's instructions:
 general work-safety regulations;
 regulations on the work with
agricultural machines;
 manufacturer’s instructions.
1. The tractor should be turned off and the
cardan shaft drive switched off when
working on the tedder.
2. Make sure that nobody is near the
machine before turning it on.
3. Nobody should keep in the working area
of the tedder during work.
4. The cardan shaft protection should be
always fixed with the chain.
5. Place the tedder so that it can not turn
when disconnected.
REGELMÄSSIGE KONTROLLEN
Der Kreiselheuer muss einmal jährlich
gründlich kontrolliert werden. Auch
zwischendurch muss die Kontrolle vor allem
wegen einwandfreier Schmierung und
Wartung erfolgen.
Die Kontrolle umfängt Folgendes:
 Kontrolle der Kegelradgetriebe
 Kontrolle der Federzinken
 Kontrolle der Schraubenverbindungen
 Kontrolle des Gelenkwellenschutzes am
Kreiselantrieb
 Schmierung nach den
Wartungsanleitungen
PERIODICAL OVERHAULS
A thorough periodical overhaul is needed
every year.
The tedder should also be overhauled from
time to time during the year to see if
lubrication or maintenance are needed.
The overhaul consists of:
 Examination of pinions.
 Spring tines examination.
 Examination of screw.
 Examination of P.T.O. Shaft protections.
 Lubricating according to the instructions
for maintenance and lubrication.
