Repair works, maintenance, periodical
overhauls, cleaning and elimination of
functional disturbances must be
performed with the switched off drive
and stand still engine! Remove the
ignition key!
Set the support wheel position out of
the rotors area – check it in lifted
position!
For transport the purpose chain must
be replaced with upper lever!
Depose the rotary tedder with support
wheel on support leg (7).
Mounting the support wheel
Set the support wheel (1) with the bracket (2) on
the right side of the hitch frame in driving direction.
Adjust the selected height and fix the support
wheel (1) with pin (4).
Fix the purpose chain (6) on the upper connection
(5).
Mount the other end of the purpose chain (6) on
the tractor.
The purpose chain must be set loose to
enable adaption of the rotary tedder
with the support wheel and the lifting of
the rotary tedder.
8.2 Stabilizers – especially advised for working on
steep inclines (AUXILLIARY EQUIPMENT)
Ensures that the tedder follows uniformly and
smoothly on uneven and inclined surfaces, and
when turning.
If the tedder starts swinging, tighten the nuts (1).
This way you increase the traction on the pole (2).
ENSURE that the stabilizer is installed
in the correct position, so it does not
cause damage “see image below”.
The tedder closer to the tractor
position “A” (factory preset).
The tedder moved away from the
tractor position “B”.
