LIFTING BUTTON UP (4)
¾ When pressed, the electric circuit for the lift operates the motor and hydraulic circuit to raise
the lift
LOWERING BUTTON DOWN-1 (5)
¾ When pressed, the lift descends to the safety height (400mm)
FINAL LOWERING BUTTON DOWN-2 (6)
¾ When pressed with the lift at the safety height (400mm), it activates first the beeper and then
the lift begins to lower to the minimum height.
Be sure the safety area is free from people and objects during the final travel
8.2 VEHICLE POSITIONING
• Position the vehicle at the centre of the platform. Check to make sure that the vehicle is
secured;
• Place the pads in the positions indicated by the vehicle manufacturer;
• Set the power switch to 1 position;
• Press the lifting button to raise the vehicle until the lift reaches the desired height;
8.3 TO LOWER THE LIFT
• Be sure the safety area is free of people and objects;
• Push the lifting button to raise the lift a little bit to clear off the mechanical safeties;
• Press the lowering button (DOWN-1): the lift descends under its own weight and car’s one
until the safety height (400mm) reaches;
• Be sure the safety area is free of people and objects.
• Press the final lowering button (DOWN-2) to lower the lift completely. During this travel, a
beep sound is heard.
8.4 PLATFORM LEVELING
After a period of service it could be possible that the slave platform (the right side from the view
toward the vehicle head) is lower than the master platform (the left side from the view toward the
vehicle head) due to air trapped in the hydraulic lines or natural loss of the oil. If it happens, adjust
following these instructions referring to the figure 16:
• Raise the primary lift at approximate 300mm;
• Turn off the leveling cutoff cock 1;
• Turn on the leveling cutoff cock 2;
• Inch-pushing the UP button and DOWN button to adjust the height of the slave platform
• Turn off the leveling cutoff cock 2 and turn on the leveling cutoff cock 1 after the slave
platform reaches at the same height as the master platform
