Mount hose reel
1 Prior to mounting hose reel, ensure supply
line pressure does not exceed maximum
working pressure of hose reel.
2 Do not exceed maximum installation
height of  ft (4,8 m).
3 Unpack and inspect reel for damage.
Turn spool by hand to check for
smooth operation.
4 Position reel on floor, wall or ceiling (not
recommended for mobile applications).
Refer to Fig. 3, 4 and 5.
5 Secure into place using four mounting
bolts (not included). Refer to Fig. 2.
6 Depending on where reel is placed, it may
be necessary to adjust hose bumper and
guide arm to use hose properly.
7 Refer to page 6) to adjust hose bumper
and reposition guide arm.
Install connecting
hose
1 Apply pipe thread sealant to threads
on reel.
2 Thread connecting hose onto input
(† Fig. 6).
3 Tighten connecting hose fitting to a torque
of  lbf-ft (94 Nm).

Do not use rigid plumbing. Use flexible
hose connection at input.
Do not exceed recommended torque
of  lbf-ft (94 Nm).
Model  requires
