OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before you Start
Always do a pre-start inspection with your parents or an adult before
you turn on the ignition. Refer to PRE-OPERATION CHECK.
Throttle
Operate the throttle 2 or 3 times before you turn on the ignition. It
must return freely to the idle or closed position, as shown.
WARNING
Test the throttle lever operation each time before starting the
engine. The lever must return to its original position once re-
leased. Otherwise, do not start engine.

Brake
Test your brake lever as you did the throttle.
