• Fully complete the CSC online with all account and user details.
• Ensure the device is charged daily.
• Do not use excess force when plugging the charger into the USB port.
• Ensure the device acquires a GPS signal every time it is powered on.
• Ensure the device is carried with the user at all times.
• When using the MySOS Mandown variant, ensure the device is worn in the
holster, or afxed securely using the ID badge holder accessory
