assumes no liability for damage and data loss which may arise through use of the
PC software provided.
Furthermore, the manufacturer explicitly rejects liability for dangerous flying situa-
tions, which arise through erroneous data being provided by the device concer-
ning altitude, position and speed.
Reading the instrument display must only take place if permitted by the current
flying situation.
