! Turn the heater (A) to maximum.
! Adjust the blower (B) to maximum.
! Adjust the air distribution (C) to the
centre air nozzles and footwell.
! Direct the air nozzles towards the occu!

De!icing the windows
The most effective way to de!ice the win!
dows is
! to remove the ice and snow completely
from the windows manually with an ice
scraper before starting the engine.
! to turn the heater (A) to maximum.
! to turn the blower (B) to stage 4.
! to set the air distribution (C) to the
front and side windows.
>Important!
Do not use an ice scraper to remove ice
from the quarter windows on the rear
doors. This could otherwise cause damage
to the surface of the windows.
