 To activate the desired mode, select Start and press OK.
6.19.3 Enabling Automatic RAPS Updates
 Select Auto RAPS-Scan to set - using the keys V+ / V- - whether the channel list should be
updated always at shut down (On) or not (Off). Factory setting is Auto RAPS-Scan On.
7 Operation in a Unicable System
7.1 About Unicable
The receiver can be operated in a unicable system. Depending on the type of system it is possible to
connect up to eight receivers to one trunk line.
In order to achieve that, at each receiver in the setup menu, a separate IF channel and a correspond-
ing frequency must be set.
The allocation of channels and frequencies depends on the used LNBs or multiswitches.
The data sheet and the technical documentation for your LNB and / or multiswitch contain a mapping
table similar to the following.

 Enter the frequencies of your receiving system in the last column of the table
so that you can always have an overview of all relevant data at a glance. The
rule of thumb is: maximum frequency  shortest cable path.
7.3 Installation
 Switch on the receiver.
 Press MENU on the remote control
 Select Installation using the and keys and press to confirm.
 Enter the password (on delivery 0000 is preset). The Installation menu is displayed.
 Select the menu item Antenna Setup and confirm.
 Select the menu item LNB Freq. and select Unicable (9750-10600).
