  If the SMC Networks Controller generates an alarm for 'Phase Det ALM /code: 1-193' when power is supplied, it could be due to several reasons. First, the cable might not be properly installed or has been disconnected; check the cable installation. Second, the load or resistance being applied to the actuator might constantly exceed the actuator's specification; keep the load and resistance within the specified range and check the actuator mounting condition. Third, the controller and actuator combination might not be correct; the controller and actuator combination at the time of shipment should not be changed. Fourth, excessive external force is being applied, including vibration or impact load; operate within the specified range.
