Overview

This document describes a multi-functional oven, available in gas/electric grill, gas/gas grill, and gas/electric fan grill models. It serves primarily for cooking food in a home environment and is designed for ease of use and maintenance.

Function Description:

The oven features a control panel (1) with various knobs for different functions.

  • Electromechanical Timer Knob (1): Used to set the buzzer for cooking times up to 90 minutes. Turning it clockwise sets the timer. The position with a light bulb symbol switches on the oven light without using the timer.
  • Mechanical Timer Indicator Light (2): Similar to the electromechanical timer, this sets a buzzer for up to 55 minutes.
  • Oven/Electric Grill Temperature Knob (3): Selects the cooking temperature for the lower burner or electric grill, ranging from MIN to MAX.
  • Function Knob (4): Selects various cooking modes. After selecting a function, the temperature is set using the temperature knob.
  • Oven/Gas Grill Temperature Knob (5): Used to light the lower burner or upper gas grill. Temperature is selected anti-clockwise from MIN to MAX. To activate the grill, press and turn the knob clockwise to the grill symbol.
  • Grill Indicator Light (6): Illuminates when the grill function is active and switches off when the set temperature is reached. Flashing indicates temperature regulation.
  • Clock (7): Displays the current time.

The oven offers several cooking functions:

  • Gas burner: Provides heat from below for baking and browning. Ideal for cakes, pies, tarts, and pizzas.
  • Gas burner + fan: Distributes heat quickly and evenly, suitable for all cooking operations requiring a steady temperature.
  • Gas burner + rotisserie with fan: Rotates food while the fan distributes heat quickly.
  • Gas burner + rotisserie burner: Rotates food constantly while the gas burner is working.
  • Grill: Provides intense heat from the grill element for thin and medium-thickness meat, with or without rotisserie. Good for sausages, ribs, and bacon.
  • Grill + fan: Air produced by the fan reduces the fierce heat from the grill, suitable for grilling very thick foods or large cuts of meat.
  • Grill + rotisserie: Combines the grill element with rotisserie for even browning.
  • Grill + rotisserie with fan: Combines fan, grill, and rotisserie for quick and even heating, ideal for larger items.

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Power Supply: 220-240V~.
  • Cable Type: H05V2V2-F type three-core cable (3 x 1.5 mm² cable, with the ground wire 20 mm longer than others).
  • Gas Connection: Preset for natural gas G20 (2H) at 20 mbar. Can be adapted for other gas types (G25, G30/31, G110, G120). Gas inlet connection is threaded ½" external gas (ISO 228-1).
  • Gas Burner Rated Heating Capacity: 2.6 kW (oven), 2.2 kW (grill) for G20. Varies slightly for other gas types.
  • Nozzle Diameter: 120 (oven), 110 (grill) for G20. Varies for other gas types.
  • Reduced Capacity: 900W (oven) for most gas types, 1000W for G30/31 (5 Liquid Gas).
  • Internal Light Bulb: 40W halogen lamp.
  • Oven Shelves: Multiple insertion heights for trays and racks.

Usage Features:

  • First Use: Remove all protective films and labels, wash accessories, and heat the empty oven at maximum temperature to burn off manufacturing residues.
  • Accessories: Includes oven shelves, cooling fan, internal light, rack, tray rack, oven tray, deep tray, rotisserie support, and rotisserie rod. Some models may not include all accessories.
  • Rotisserie: The rotisserie rod is used for cooking chicken and other foods requiring uniform cooking. It is supported by a rotisserie support and connects to a motor.
  • Gas Oven Operation: Open the door, press and turn the temperature knob anti-clockwise (MIN to MAX) to activate electric spark ignition. Keep the knob pressed for a few seconds after lighting for the thermocouple to heat up. If the burner doesn't ignite within 15 seconds, wait 60 seconds before trying again.
  • Gas Grill Operation: Grilling processes should not exceed 30 minutes. Open the oven door, press and turn the temperature knob clockwise to the grill symbol. Keep pressed for a few seconds after lighting.
  • Electric Grill Operation: Press and turn the temperature knob clockwise to the grill symbol. Do not leave food unattended under the grill.
  • Cooking Advice: Use fan-assisted functions for uniform cooking. Do not shorten cooking times by increasing temperature. Use a meat thermometer for roasting. Preheat the oven for optimal results, especially for grilling.
  • Defrosting and Proving: Place frozen foods in a lidded container on the first shelf. Avoid overlapping food. For defrosting meat, use the rack on the second level with a tray below to collect drips. Delicate parts can be covered with aluminum foil. For proving, a container of water can be placed at the bottom of the oven.
  • Energy Saving: Stop cooking a few minutes before the end time to use residual heat. Reduce door openings. Keep the appliance clean.

Maintenance Features:

  • General Cleaning: Clean surfaces regularly after use with non-abrasive, chlorine-free products. Let the oven cool first.
  • Food Stains: Use non-abrasive products and wooden/plastic utensils. Avoid metallic sponges or sharp scrapers. Do not let sugary foods set in the oven.
  • Door Removal: For easier cleaning, the door can be removed by opening it completely, inserting two pins into the hinge holes, lifting it to a 30° angle, and pulling it off. Reassemble by aligning hinges in slots and lowering the door.
  • Door Glazing Cleaning: Clean with absorbent kitchen roll. For stubborn dirt, use a damp sponge and ordinary detergent.
  • Internal Glass Panels Removal: Pull the rear part gently upwards (1), then the front part upwards (2) to detach the pins from their housings. Clean and replace in reverse order.
  • Oven Interior Cleaning: Clean regularly after cooling. Remove all removable parts. Clean oven racks with warm water and non-abrasive detergent. After cleaning with specific products, operate the oven at maximum temperature for 15-20 minutes to burn off residues.
  • Racks/Trays Support Frames Removal: Pull the frame towards the inside (groove A), then slide it out from the back (seats B).
  • Internal Light Bulb Replacement: Disconnect power. Remove all accessories and support frames. Remove the bulb cover with a tool. Replace the 40W halogen lamp. Refit the cover, ensuring the molded part of the glass (A) faces the door.
  • Oven Seal Maintenance: Unhook clips in the 4 corners to remove. Hook clips to install. Keep the seal soft and elastic by cleaning with a non-abrasive sponge and lukewarm water.
