4. Let go of the knob (7) and ensure that it
locks in position by checking it is
correctly engaged in its housing.
5. Sprinkle flour between the rollers (8).
6. Insert the stand mixer plug into the power
socket.
7. Move the stand mixer speed selector
lever (9) to the ‘1’ position to start the
rollers
.
