What to do if Smith & Nephew RENASYS GO shows a high vacuum alarm?

If your Smith & Nephew Medical Equipment shows a high vacuum alarm, it indicates a potential line blockage or device malfunction. To resolve this: 1. Turn the device OFF by pressing and holding the power button for 2 seconds. 2. Inspect all connections and tubing for obstructions, ensuring there are no kinks in the canister tubing. 3. Replace the canister. 4. Turn the device back ON by pressing and holding the power button for 2 seconds. If the alarm continues, the device may have malfunctioned; contact your Smith & Nephew authorized representative.
