□ Check PICC line site for signs of infection (redness, discharge, pain)
□ Check oxygen saturations twice per day
Tasks I must complete EVERY Monday, and Thursday:
□ Change the batteries of the CADD- SOLIS Pump
□ Record my weight (at the same time of the day – Monday only)
When I should call for help:
□ If the pump stops and I can’t get it started
□ If my oxygen saturations are less than 75%
□ If my temperature is more than 37.5
