  If the FAULT* LED flashes ten times, the SMS Start detects an undesired ignition. Try to increase again the TORQ trimmer. It could also mean probable damage on the power components.

  Check that between terminals 1-2 (RUN) the contact is closed. It also could be a probable failure of the run command.
