      If the screen is off while DC is applied, it could be due to internal damage to the inverter. In this case, do not turn off the DC switches, as it will damage the inverter. Wait for solar irradiance to reduce, confirm the string current is less than 0.5A with a clip-on ammeter, and then turn off the DC switches. Note that damages due to wrong operations are not covered under warranty.
