Keep any electrical supply cords and the fuel supply away from any
heated surfaces.

SIDE BURNER LIGHTING
Push and turn the control knob to the "HIGH" position.
Conitnue pushing the knob. You’ll hear a snapping
sound. It may be necessary to hold the knob for about 4
seconds. If the burner does not light in 4 seconds, turn
the knob to the "OFF" position and wait 5 minutes before
trying again. (See Fig. 24)
MATCH LIGHTING
If by chance the electronic igniter does not light the
burner, the burner may be lit with a match. Attach the
match to the match extender, located inside the right cart
door.
Keep your face as far away from the grill surface as
possible and hold a match, attached to the match
extender, near the burner ports, then push and turn the
control knob counter-clockwise to the “HIGH” position.
Once lit, turn the control knob to the desired setting. (See
Fig. 25)
