Using
the
Volume
Limit
function
Using
the
input
buttons
of
the
remote
-
You can control connected Sony components by
pressing the input buttons. For details, refer to
"Controlling the connected Sony components with the
remote" (page 27).
The input buttons (TV (white), BO, OVO, SAT)
work as follows when the Control for HOMI
function is set to on.
BO, OVO, SAT: Since the input
of
the
TV
is
also switchedautomatically, you can watch the
image
of
the selected component on the TV
simply by pressing the buttons.
TV: The input
of
the TV switches
automatically. When you connect a Sony TV,
you can watch the TV simply by pressing the
buttons.

The maximum volume level changes as

When the System Audio Control function
is
active, and the output method changes from the
TV speaker to the system speakerautomatically,
loud sound may be output depending on the
volume level
of
the system. You can prevent this
by limiting the maximum volume level.

AMP
menu turns off.

This function is available only when the Control for
HDMI function
is
set to on.
This function
is
not available when the output method
changes from the system speaker to the TV speaker.
We recommend that you set the maximum volume
level to a little lower than the volume you usually
listen to.
Regardless
of
the maximum volume level you set, the
VOLUME
+/-
button
of
the system and the MASTER
VOL
+/-
button
of
the remote are operable.
If
you do not want to limit the maximum volume
level, select "MAX."
