TheControlforHDMIfunctiondoesnotworkproperly.
• ChecktheHDMIconnection.
• SetuptheControlforHDMIfunctionontheTV.
• Makesurethatanyequipmentconnectediscompatiblewith
"BRAVIA"Sync.
• ChecktheControlforHDMIsettingsontheconnectedequipment.
Refertotheoperatinginstructionssuppliedwiththeconnected
equipment.
• Ifyouconnect/disconnecttheACpowercord(mainslead),waitfor
morethan15secondsandoperatethesystem.
• Ifyouconnecttheaudiooutputofthevideoequipmentandthe
systemusingacableotherthananHDMIcable,nosoundmaybe
outputbecauseof"BRAVIA"Sync.Inthiscase,set"CTRL"to"OFF"
(referto"Adjustingthesettings"intheOperatingInstructions)or
connecttheaudiooutputjackdirectlytothelVinsteadofthe
system.
"PRTECT (protect)" appears on the front panel display.
• Press the I/_ button to turn off the system. After "STBY"
disappears, disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead), then check
that nothing is blocking the ventilation holes of the system.
RESET
If tile system still does not operate properly, reset the system as
follows:

Press the I/_ button to turn on the Bar Speaker.
Press the I/_ button while pressing INPUT and VOL - on the
Bar Speaker.
"REStWF"appears and tile system is reset, lhe menu, SOUND
MODE, etc., return to the default settings.
