12 Taking pictures
To add an effect
1. When the CommuniCam menu is displayed, select
Options,
YES, Effect, YES.
You can also press when the camera is in
viewfinder mode. Select Effect,
YES.
2. Select an effect,
YES.
3. Press
NO to return to the CommuniCam menu.
The effect applies until you select another effect or
turn the effect off by selecting No effect,
YES.
Note: You must select an effect before you take a
picture. You will see the effect in the phone’s display.
When you are satisfied with both the subject and the
effect, take the picture.
Display Contrast
The quality of the picture is higher on a computer
screen than in the phone’s display. To adjust the
appearance of a picture in the phone, you can change
the contrast of the phone’s display.
To change the contrast of the phone’s display
1. Scroll to Settings,
YES, Display, YES, Contrast, YES.
2. Increase the contrast by pressing ,
YES. Decrease the
contrast by pressing ,
YES.
