Preparations
E-mail
Before you can send pictures using e-mail,
you need to:
• Activate your data account. See the User’s Guide for
your phone. The data account may be preconfigured
when you buy your phone.
• Activate your e-mail account in your phone. There are
different options:
• Your phone may be preconfigured with your
network operator’s specific settings when you buy
the phone.
• Activate the e-mail account manually.
See the User’s Guide for your phone. Contact your
network operator or service provider for
settings information.
• Visit www.sonyericsson.com/ and use the e-mail
configurator. Contact your network operator or
service provider for settings information.
MMS
• Before you can send pictures using MMS, you need to
enter your service centre number and enter WAP
settings in your phone. Your network operator or
service provider provides you with the settings. See
also the User’s Guide for your phone.
• Both the receiver’s network and phone must support
MMS to ensure that the receiver can receive and show
your pictures.
Attaching the camera
Attach your CommuniCam™ to your phone as shown
in figure 1.
Figure 4 shows how to detach the camera from
the phone.
If the phone is on, you automatically enter the
CommuniCam menu when you attach the camera.
You can also enter the CommuniCam menu by
pressing the shutter release on the camera when the
phone is in standby mode, or by scrolling to
Fun & Games,
