Install
the
batteries
in
the
supplied
remote
commander

Place

stereo
system

location

adequate
ventilation.
To
avoid
malfunction
of
the
remote
commander
Keep
the
commander
away
from
extremely
hot
or
humid
places.
On
molsture
condensation
in
the
CD
player
If
the
player
is
brought
directly
from
a
cold
to
a
warm
-
location,
or
is
placed
in
a
very
damp
room,
moisture
may

Condense
on
the
lens
inside
the
unit.
Should
this
occur,

the
player
will
not
operate.
In
this
case,
remove
the
disc
‘and
leave
the
player
turned
on
for
about
an
hour
until
the
‘molsture
evaporates.
Battery
life
About
half
a
year
of
normal
operation
can
be
expected
when
using
the
Sony
SUM-3
(NS)
batteries.
When
the
batteries
are
exhausted,
the
remote
commander
cannot
operat
the
stereo
system.
When
it
happens,
replace
both
batteries
with
new
ones.
To
avoid
battery
leakage
When
the
commander
is
not
to
be
used
for
a
long
period
of
time,
remove
the
batteries
to
avoid
damage
caused
by
battery
leakage
and
corrosion.
