Tape
Playing a tape
You can use TYPE I (normal) tape.

Press FUNCTION +/ (or TAPE
A/B on the unit) repeatedly to
select “TAPE A” or “TAPE B.”

Insert a tape.
Press PUSH OPEN/CLOSE on the
unit to insert a tape into the cassette
holder with the side you want to
play back facing forward. Make sure
there is no slack in the tape to avoid
damaging the tape or the cassette
holder.

Press (or on the unit).
e tape starts playback.
Other operations

Stop playback Press .
Pause playback Press . Press again
to resume playback.
Fast-forward
or rewind
Press or .
Tip
If you press (or on the unit) when
“TAPE A” is selected and there is no tape in
deck A, the system automatically switches to
“TAPE B” when there is a tape in deck B or vice
versa. en, playback will start.
