 Press VOLUME + repeatedly (or
turn MASTER VOLUME on the
unit clockwise) or turn MIC LEVEL
on the unit clockwise to adjust the
microphone volume.
 Make sure the microphone is

nnected to MIC jack correctly.
 Make sure the microphone is turned

n.
There is severe hum or noise.
 A TV or VCR is placed too close to the
uni
t. Move the unit away from the TV
or VCR.
 Move the unit away from the source of

oise.
 Connect the unit to a dierent wall

utlet.
 Install a noise lter (commercially

vailable) to the power cord.
The timer does not function.
 Check the timer setting and set the

There is acoustic feedback.
 Reduce the volume.
 Move the microphone away from the

peakers or change the direction of
the microphone (models with Karaoke
function only).
The color irregularity on a TV screen
persists.
 Turn o the TV set once, then turn it

n aer 15 to 30 minutes. If the color
irregularity still persists, place the
speakers farther away from the TV set.
“THEATRE SYNC” function does not
work.
 If distance between the TV and this
uni
t is too far, this function may not
work. Install the unit near the TV.
