There is no picture.
 e “VIDEO/SAT” function is

elected, but there is no input signal.
 Check that the system is connected

ecurely.
 e video cord is damaged. Replace it

ith a new one.
 Make sure you connect the unit to the

ideo input jack of your TV (page 27).
 Make sure you turn on the TV and

perate the TV correctly.
 Make sure you select the video input

n the TV so that you can view the
pictures from the system.
 Make sure you set the color system

rrectly, according to your TV’s color
system (Except for Russian model).
 Make sure you connect the unit and

our TV using only the supplied video
cord.
Picture noise appears.

ipe the disc clean (page 94).

If video signal from your system has to

o through your VCR to your TV, the
copy-protection applied to some DVD
VIDEO programs could aect the
picture quality.
 When you play back a VIDEO CD

ecorded in a dierent color system
from the one you set to the system, the
picture image may be distorted (Except
for Russian model) (page 28, 57).
