USB DAC AMPLIFIER

There is severe humming or noise.
Check that the speakers are connected to the USB DAC AMPLIFIER correctly.
Move your TV away from the USB DAC AMPLIFIER and other audio equipment.
The plugs and ports are dirty. Wipe them with a cloth slightly moistened with alcohol.
