Using
on
Batteries
Install
six
size
AA
(IEC
R6)
alkaline
or
manganese
batteries
in
the
battery
case
(supplied),
and
attach
the
case
to
the
rear
of
the
monitor.
Instailing
batteries
Precautions
on
power
sources
-
Be
careful
not
to
fet
any
metal
object
touch
the
metal
part
on
the
battery
pack
or
the
AC
power
adaptor.
When
the
battery
pack
is
not
used.
keep
it
in
its
case.
-
Keep
the
video
TV
recorder
away
from
the
power
source.
If
not,
noise
may
appear
on
the
screen.
Notes
on
the
use
of
the
XV-M30
in
a
car
«
When
you
use
the
DCP-55
or
AC-V30,
connect
them
only
to
the
cars
with
negative
ground
12V
or
24V
car
battery.
+
For
your
safety,
do
not
watch
the
TV
or
operate
the
controls
while
driving.
*
Avoid
leaving
the
unit
in
a
place
with
very
high
tempera-
ture.
ff
you
do,
it
may
cause
distortion
of
the
cabinet
or
malfunction
of
the
unit.
-
If
you
use
this
unit
while
your
car
is
not
in
use,
the
car
battery
will
be
consumed.
Avoid
using
this
unit
in
such
condition
over
12
hours.
Attaching
the
case
to
the
unit
Align
the
mark
on
the
battery
case
with
that
of
the
monitor.
Push
and
slide
the
case
in
the
direction
of
the
arrow
until
it
is
flocked.
Removing
the
case

While
pressing
PUSH
BATT.
@
Slide
the
case
toward
the
left.
then
remove.
You
can
attach
and
remove
the
rechargeable
battery
pack
in
the
same
way
as
for
the
battery
case.
