to recheck
the
1000
rpm
adjustment
and
the
3200
rpm
adjustment
until
no
further
adjustments
are
necessary.
The
adjustment
of
one
potentiometer
may
affect
the
other,
and,
therefore, they
need
to
be rechecked.
RPM
Display
Calibration (R120
or
R3)
1.
Plug a frequency
meter into
the
jack
located
at
the
back of the
centrifuge.
2.
Set
the
POWER
switch
to
ON,
and
open
the
centrifuge
lid.
Install
an
H-
1000B
rotor
and fully
load
the
buckets.
Make
sure
the
buckets
swing freely.
Close
and
lock
lid.
3.
Set
the
TIME
control
knob
to
HOLD
and
the
SPEED
control
knob
to
3200
rpm.
4.
Confirm
a reading
of
3200
±100
rpm
on
the
frequency meter
(actual
speed).
5.
On
RT/T6000D
centrifuges,
adjust
R3
on
the
Display
P.C.
Board to
match
the
actual
speed.
Turning
R3
clockwise increases
speed.
On
RT/T6000B
centri¬
fuges,
adjust
R120
on
the
Control
P.C.
Board
to
match the
actual
speed.

Disconnect
the
digital voltmeter and
the
frequency
meter,
