 Loosen the seatpost clamp using the supplied torque wrench and 4 mm hex bit.
 To get started, set the saddle height at a position that you feel approximates the correct
height for your child.
 Using the supplied torque wrench and 4 mm Hex bit, torque the seat collar bolt to 6 - 7 Nm.
