1. Press Menu to enter main menu.
2. Scroll to Call register, and press Select.
3. Scroll to Incoming Calls, and press Select.
4. Scroll to the desired call, and press Details.
5. Press Options.
6. Scroll to Add to phone book, and press Select.
7. Write the name of the contact using the keys 0-9, and then press Save.
Deleting an Incoming Call from List
1. Press Menu to enter main menu.
2. Scroll to Call register, and press Select.
3. Scroll to Incoming Calls, and press Select.
4. Scroll to the desired call, and press Details.
5. Press Options, and scroll to Delete from list.
6. Press Select to confirm.
Timesaver:
Alternatively, while on hook, press the left side of the navigation key to enter
call list. To call a directory number/SIP extension from the list, scroll to the
desired directory number/SIP extension, and press
. By pressing Details and
Options, it is possible to add a directory number/SIP extension to the phone
book or to delete a directory number/SIP extension from the list.
Outgoing Calls
Outgoing calls is a list of all your outgoing calls sorted by date and time of the call, starting
with the latest call.
If name and directory number/SIP extension of the outgoing call already exist in your phone
book, the outgoing call will be represented with the name of the contact. If name and
directory number/SIP extension do not exist in your phone book, the outgoing call is only
represented by the calling number.
In both cases, outgoing call register provides details about outgoing calls, such as time, date
and length of conversation.
It is possible to add name and directory number/SIP extension of an outgoing call to your
phone book, or to delete an outgoing call from the list.
