OPTION: ClearSite Mobile Application
Web Application Software for SF-ExplorIR™
The ClearSite Mobile Application is a semi-automatic method to confirm that the Spectros Instruments
SF-ExplorIR™ Monitor is operational to within published specifications and has an up-to-date calibration
verification by authorized agents. With the ClearSite Web Application the licensed fumigator may quickly move
from room to room in a structure and prompt the cellular device to automatically collect, display and push to the
web for secure storage all sulfuryl fluoride clearance data collected. Should a cellular connection
be lost the application buffers the data for automatic transfer once the cellular co.nn nnection is reestablished.
The ClearSite readings ARE NOT meant to certify that a structure is safe for re-entry. Only a
licensed fumigation professional in good standing with all required credentials is authorized
(per the sulfuryl fluoride label) to determine when and if a fumigated structure is cleared and
safe for re-entry.
Measurements are temperature and pressure compensated to allow for changes in the weather. Onboard
calculations of Absorbance Units provides a linear sensor output. All onboard sensor outputs
(Pressure,Temperature,Voltage etc.) are monitored to within defined acceptable ranges. Variance from
these firmware set sensor ranges will trigger a fault condition rendering the monitor non-operational until
the fault condition is acknowledged and corrected. This processes is documented, analyzed and thresholds
for acceptable operations established and finally adhered to. It is in this way that the SF-ExplorIR™
Fumigation Monitor is confirmed to be functionally operational at the time and place that the clearance
data was collected.
It is the automated monitor firmware with multiple sensor closed-loop feedback that “builds in” confirmation of
functional operation to the process itself. It is the ClearSite Mobile Application that is the secured conduit
of this data to the web. It is the licensed fumigator that with these tools determines a structure to be safe
and cleared for reentry.
