Why my Spektrum DX6C system will not connect?

  If your Spektrum Video Game Controller system won't connect, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the transmitter and receiver are spaced 8 to 12 feet (2.4 to 3.6m) apart and away from large metal objects. Verify that the correct model memory is selected and bound to the transmitter. If the transmitter was accidentally put into bind mode, rebind it to the receiver. Also, remove the bind plug before cycling power. Finally, check and replace or recharge the batteries in both the vehicle and transmitter if their charge is low.

Ensure the receiver antenna is properly positioned inside an antenna tube and extends above the vehicle.
