If the Sensor Lock fixing system on your Spencer Medical Equipment isn't powered, is locked, or seems faulty, first verify the power supply to the fixing system. If the issue continues, it may be that the stretcher is being used with a fastener that doesn't support automatic release; if so, request a compatible fixing system. If problems persist after these steps, remove the device from service and contact the service centre.
