  If your Spin Master Toy plane isn't starting or seems to have weak power, there are a few potential reasons. First, the plane might not be fully charged, so ensure you charge it for a complete cycle. Another cause might be drained batteries in the Controller/Charger; replacing them after approximately 20 flights is recommended. Also, the plane won’t charge if it’s in the ON position, so always switch it to “OFF” before charging. Lastly, the Controller/Charger must be set to “Charger OFF” to charge correctly; it won’t work in the “Control ON” position.
