Why won't my Spin Master Air Hogs Jet Set Toy plane start or has low power?
    • E
      edwin45Jul 28, 2025
If your Spin Master Toy plane isn't starting or seems to have weak power, there are a few potential reasons. First, the plane might not be fully charged, so ensure you charge it for a complete cycle. Another cause might be drained batteries in the Controller/Charger; replacing them after approximately 20 flights is recommended. Also, the plane won’t charge if it’s in the ON position, so always switch it to “OFF” before charging. Lastly, the Controller/Charger must be set to “Charger OFF” to charge correctly; it won’t work in the “Control ON” position.

    • D
      Dustin JacobsAug 3, 2025
If your Spin Master Toy plane is flying too low, it might need more power. Try pushing the throttle up. Alternatively, the six AA batteries in the Controller/Charger may be drained, so installing new batteries might solve the issue.

      Jessica SheltonAug 9, 2025
If your Spin Master Toy plane won't turn, start by ensuring the controller is set to “Controller ON”. Also, make sure the controller antenna is fully extended before flying. Windy conditions can also limit your ability to control the plane, so avoid flying in winds or near vents/fans when indoors.

    • O
      Olivia FernandezAug 20, 2025
If the motors on your Spin Master Toy plane don’t stop when the controller is turned OFF, it might be set to full throttle. To resolve this, turn the controller ON, reduce the throttle to 0, and then turn the controller OFF.
