3.0 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CORRECT USE OF THE DEVICE

3.1 INSTALLATION
The device has to be transported and set-up in vertical position. Tilting the device can cause exit of oil from
the vacuum pump and the compressor. The device can be used only on even floors. It is not advisable to
use it on uneven grounds outside the workshop.
3.2 PREPARATION OF THE STATION
Before starting the station make sure that the power voltage is the same as the one shown on the plate
positioned close to the socket of the switch

3.3 PERFORMABLE OPERATIONS
The SLEEK performs the following phases: recovery, recycling, vacuum and charging of air conditioning
systems for cars and industrial vehicles, which contain freon R134A. The producer declines every
responsibility deriving from improper use of other Freon types.
3.4 SAFETY DEVICES
− Security valve, calibrated at 16 bar for the internal bottle
− Automatic discharge of incondensable gases with electro-valve and pressure switch.
− Thermal protection for the compressor against overcharge (inside the compressor)
− Automatic stop of the compressor against over-pressure (stop 13,5bar/restart 10,5bar- +/- 0,5bar)
− Electronic alarm for filling over 80% of the capacity and the minimum gas amount, which is necessary
to perform the recharge (< 1Kg)
− Alarm of wrong operation in case of attempt to perform the vacuum with the system under pressure
− Control display of the level of oil in the pump
− Electronic pressure sensor for recovery compressor switching off and automatic control of the leak
− Electro valve for complete automatism of the functions
− Display LCD board with electronic protection (PTC)
− Protection fuse on the switching-on module
− Automatic bottle heating (for winter use)
