use heavy based, flat bottomed utensils.

FAT FRYING ON THIS APPLIANCE.
HEATING SYSTEM CONTROLS
We recommend the use of zone control valves
especially in larger systems (see plumbing
schematics).
OPENING COOKER DOOR
To open the cooker door grip the door handle
between the fingers and thumb as per Fig.C, swing
the door handle in an outwards and upwards
direction as shown in Fig. D.
